The man behind the cake



Malachy (pronounced mal-à-qui if you're francophone) is an Irish guy who lives in Brussels with his partner Zach and cat Navarro, and loves to make cake.

After years working in busy kitchens as a prep cook, to chef de partie, to patissier, Malachy launched his own business creating custom vegan cakes as a one-man-show.

 It's his aim to make plant based desserts that don't "taste vegan". All of Malachy's cakes are made fresh to order, 100% vegan and hand crafted to your liking.

He truly believes that cake is the best way to celebrate any momentous occasion, or just y'know, a Tuesday.
